12th Annual Wellness Expo



CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – For many people, their New Year’s Resolution was to lose weight and/or be healthy, but in order to achieve this you have to know about health and wellness.
 
This year marks the 12th anniversary of the Austin Peay State University Wellness Expo.  The theme of this year’s Expo is “Leap into Wellness.”  The purpose of this event is to educate the APSU and Clarksville community on health and wellness.  The event will also provide information on lifestyle choices, and awareness of services in our community through all aspects of wellness.
 
This event is free and Clarksville community members are welcome to attend.  Participate to win raffle prizes, T-shirts and more.  The event takes place on February 29th, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Foy Fitness & Recreation Center on the campus of Austin Peay State University.
