2nd Annual Jump Rope and Hoops for Heart

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.—The Children’s Ministry Evangelistic Outreach Center hosted the Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart at Minglewood Elementary School Saturday.

“Your heart is very part of your body and it’s vital that you take care of it both physically and spiritually,” Minister Janelle Powell, Coordinator of the Event, said.

Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart is a program that targets elementary school children and teaches them community service, as well as, the benefits of exercise and a healthy diet.

All proceeds of the event go to benefit the American Heart Association and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance. If you would like to make a pledge or donation please call (931) 645-9596.
