CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed a section of Parham St. and has closed lanes on College St.
 
Parham St. has been closed from Farris Dr. to Kraft St. until approximately 12:30 p.m. for water valve replacement work.  Construction workers will detour Parham St. traffic to Farris Dr. and Kraft St.
 
Clarksville Gas and Water will close the inside lanes, including the turning lane, of College St. at 8:30 a.m. from North Fifth St. to North Third St. for sewer line inspection work.  The lanes will be closed until approximately 11 a.m.  The outer north and southbound lanes of College St. will be open to through traffic.
