Seasons has something for everyone. They carry a wide array of art-inspired and one-of-a-kind items, specializing in handmade items by local, regional and international artisans.

According to Penny Eikenberry, Director of Retail, the gift store offers unique and beautifully crafted jewelry, pottery, art glass, and woodwork, as well as home accents, art prints, books, exhibit-related items, seasonal merchandise, stationery and much more.

The children’s area features imaginative and educational items for kids of all ages. They also offer gift wrapping and mail service.

Another feature of Seasons is Tiggy.  Tiggy is a seven year old green iguana that lives in the Seasons Gift Shop. When Tiggy first came to the museum she was only a few weeks old and about seven inches long. Now she is almost four feet long, and her tail counts for over half her body length!

Some of her favorite pastimes include sunbathing under her heat lamps, and having her picture taken. She loves to eat all sorts of different fruits and vegetables; especially collard greens, dandelions, green beans, and baby yellow squash. Tiggy has been around people her entire life, so she is very tame and enjoys meeting visitors.
