Rossview High School Celebrates Its Graduates



CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- Friday night Rossview High School and Clarksville High School seniors graduated.

Rossview High School graduated Friday night at 4 p.m. in a sea of red cap and gowns their excitement matching the bold colors.

Many speeches gave reminiscences of the past four years of friendships, sports triumphs, and academic reaches.

At the end of the night words of wisdom were give to encourage the journey into the future to where the newly graduated class of 2011 would be headed.

Clarksville High school graduated began at 7 p.m. with excitement in the air.

Phyllis Casebolt said in her speech “I have discovered inspiration from this class.” She goes on to say how the students personally endured trials and taken steps of courage.

TyTianna Marie Castleberry, Senior Class president, said this in her closing speech, “This is not the end of us. Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened.”

Many of the graduates showed their excitement after receiving their diploma by taking a pose or excitedly dancing back to their seats.

Saturday the remaining graduates for the 2011 year from Northwest, Northeast, Montgomery Central, and Kenwood high school will take their steps from high school to their futures.
