The Rooted Wings is comprised of APSU alumni Samantha Hawkins and John Winters. The duo has a folk-rock feel doing cover songs from the likes of Jason Mraz.

In addition to the live music, downtown restaurants offered outdoor dining for concert goers. The June 15th Jammin’ in the Alley also featured the first “night market” of the season, which included more than a dozen vendors from Clarksville’s Downtown Market

Jammin’ in the Alley is provided for free to the public by their sponsors: The Leaf-Chronicle, Clarksville Family Magazine, Lamar Advertising, The Beaver 100.3, Q108, Eagle 94.3, Z97.5 and ClarksvilleNow.com.
