According to organizer, Jaime Mobley, the event was open to anyone that supports adoption, whether you’ve adopted or not.

The event included tours of the Riverview Mounds Farm, bouncies, face painting, music and entertainment for kids and adults and a bonfire.

In January of 2012, John and Jaime Mobley organized the first non-profit adoption group for Clarksville, TN.  Members include adoptive families, adult adoptees and families that are in the adoption process.

The group’s mission is to help families, children and individuals connect with one another and to keep members educated about the needs of adopted children.

There are members of all ages, races and cultures.  Anyone with a heart for adoption is encouraged to join.  There is no cost and no commitment.
