Sid Wolk, chairman and CEO of the Cross Country Group, which combined with ATX to form Agero, gave a humorous welcome speech to those in attendance.
Local dignitaries on hand to help cut the ribbon included Mayor Carolyn Bowers, Mayor pro-tem, Geno Grubbs, James Chavez, Catherine Canata, staff members of the Chamber and Economic Development Council.
Agero has already hired 250 employees and is expected to hire 250 more after the first of January.
