Executive Director Julie Campos said, “We are very excited to host this event to help us raise vital funds in the community to help our neighbors affected by disasters every day.”

The Clarksville-Montgomery County Chapter of the American Red Cross provides vital emergency assistance to help victims of local disasters in Benton, Dickson, Henry, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, and Stewart counties, along with Ft. Campbell, KY.

Over the past year the Chapter trained 2,964 people in CPR & First Aid, Babysitting and Aquatics training, and provided services including emergency messaging to 351 cases and referrals to 495 military members. Over 107 blood drives, collecting 3,048 units of blood. Volunteers helped respond to 177 local disasters, including 121 residential fires.

We helped over 840 affected individuals and families with emergency food, shelter and supplies. All of these services are made possible by over 240 dedicated local Red Cross volunteers as well as through generous gifts from the local community.
